Joe combines creating desire, developing hardware products and the conception of a company. Separately, using space and light as an artist (Rikkonii).

Joe's designed a slipper, distilling a global brand for 'downtime' (mahabis), building the supply chain to grow the product from 0 to 1m+ pairs becoming the UK’s fastest growing business in 2016.

Joe launched the innovative shaker bottle, founding Busutto. And, the popular NY food brand TYME's UK business, as product and creative director. (TYME Food)

Through Conju, Joe works behind the scenes with individual innovation leaders. Including immense initiatives in Geneva, on exploratory research, prototyping and venture design. And previously, venture studio Founders Factory in London.
